I recently enquired about VR and was accepted and my termination date was 31/03/11. I did not accept this and did not sign the document but verbally informed HR that I did not wish to proceed with this. However I am not regretting this decision and wondered if anyone knows if there is a "cooling off" period or have I "missed the boat" so to speak and have to wait for further VR requests? Thank you for any help.

i think you can only ask them
There is no 'cooling off period' in law. It will probably depend on whether they are still seeking to make redundancies. You can only ask
