i use truck in a warehouse which goes up to 50ft up in the air in racking, i am being told i need to up my performance . i have told them i am working to my full capacity (no tea breaks, just lunch) my question is can i refuse to work this equipment as i feel that i am uncomfortable and this will lead to an accident
or would it be considered a reasonble request . in my contract i am employed as a team member

1) you are legally entitled to a 20min (unpaid) break if you work over 6 hours. there is no legal requirement for them to give you paid tea breaks.

2) if you do not feel safe working the equipment then bring this point up with your companies health and safety officer and express your concerns to them.
