i use truck in a warehouse which goes up to 50ft up in the air in racking, i am being told i need to up my performance . i have told them i am working to my full capacity (no tea breaks, just lunch) my question is can i refuse to work this equipment as i feel that i am uncomfortable and this will lead to an accident
or would it be considered a reasonble request . in my contract i am employed as a team member
