Buying Land to site static caravan

My wife and I are desperately want to purchases a piece of land and site a static caravan for residential use. I own a number of burds of prey that I breed from which makes up my income my wife is employed. We are fed up lining the pockets of every one else by renting as we lost our business and home 5 years ago. Can we use the birds of prey as leverage for security purposes to gain permission for this being our home. Please can any one help?

It is going to be very expensive. Land for residential use is expensive, and you will need planning permission. Red tape everywhere you go.
The cost of connecting to the mains electricity, water and sewerage could be prohibitive.

You will need planning consent, which is unlikely to be granted.
Land with planning consent is only expensive for no other reason than the laws of supply and demand.

There are very limited agricultural uses that you can argue the need to have a temporary dwelling such as a caravan in connection with the agricultural use. I do not see how breeding birds of prey could be argued to require a 24 hour presence. Living in a caravan is the same as living in a house so you would need to buy land that would be capable of receiving planning permission for residential, or already has it. I seriously doubt it would be any cheaper than renting like you do now.
