What is the legal minimum time frame for which minutes ought to be kept?

(these are for medical / doctors meeting but do not have patient identifiable info).

I don't think there's a "legal" time frame to this, more of an internal procedure to follow. Best to contact someone at the Health Authority if you have no guidelines.

Alternatively scan them in and keep them electronically/ on a spare hard drive if you need the space.
