I've answered as well as possible on your other thread. You've not told us the circumstances so we can't assess the 'harm' and 'culpability' factors.

With previous convictions (but with an early guilty plea) you're probably looking at a sentence of around 3 years if 'harm' and 'culpability' are both assessed as falling into the 'low' categories. If one of the factors is 'high', a sentence of between 4 and 5 years is more likely. If both factors are 'high' 7 or 8 years is more likely.
