video evidence in court
0 Answers
i have some evidence on video, the film only lasts a matter of minutes, but shows clearly what its meant to, it shows a persons actions and there is talk and clear footage of this, i was told by my solicitor to produce this as evidence to help my case, however, at the hearing the judge refused to see it, stating there wasnt time. i wonder if there is any way i can get this seen? i may be wrong but i thought all evidence was to be at least looked at if relevant to the case? i am not out to complain about the judge, i am just trying to get some clarification with the procedure for supplying evidence, this is a family law matter.
