when can i apply for abandonment

hi can anyone tell me when i can go for termenating rights as my daughters father has abandoned her he has had no contact in months

you can ask the court just not sure how long he has had to abandon her for as he is unfit

I still don't think you can just approach the court unilaterally and ask them to revoke his rights....
