does anyone know of an ombudsman who deals with virgin mobile?
hi, i'm having terrible trouble with virgin mobile. They're trying to charge me for a bill after i ended my contract and i'm having no joy with virgin themselves. Can anyone advise? thanks

A friend of mine recently stopped/tried to cancel their mobile contract (2 months of a 24 month contract) and had to pay 900 quid or have the bailiffs round.
A contract is an agreement of law, you can't just walk away from it.
