easy...pay up and get your bike back (regardless of who the letter is addressed to - i assume you have proof of purchase, tax, mot, insurance etc.) or...don't pay and lose your bike. learning to spell and express yourself properly may also help you in this process.

Sounds very dodgy. Why did the bailiffs take your bike if you're not the debtor? Does the debt belong to somebody you know who could have claimed that the bike belonged to them?
