Could anyone tell me if the following are correct,,Incapacity benefit is Mean tested. Mobility allowance is not mean tested. Disability living allowance is mean tested. Many thanks in advance.

None of those benefits are means tested.
IB doesn't exist for new claimants any more. it's now employment support allowance (which is either contributions based (not means tested) or income based (means tested)
Mobility allowance is part of disability living allowance, which is not means tested.
Incapacity benefit is subject to income tax, DLA isn't.
