hi there, thanks for all the comments,in responce to my other question will i go to prison, ive recently done the pre sencance report and they said there gunna advise cumunity service and maby a suspended sentance, that was pritty much the exact way he said it, now im a little confused cuz my barrister said im goin prison 100percent, and the pre sentance report have said this to me after i explained myself ect ect. so now is there any chance you guys think i might not go to prison after hearing what the pre sentance report people said? or u think its still defo prison, eg, do they recomend cumunity for every case ect ect???

I think its gunna be hard for us to say what will happen. I suggest you ask your barrister again what he now thinks

The presentence report is just another part of the process of help for the judge to decide what sentence to give. The Judge will make up his / her own mind and may go by the report or may ignore it. A Judge does not HAVE to even look at the presentence report it is there if they want it but that is all.

I have looked at your previous post. You have 9 previous convictions so this is the 10th. The Judge said prison was certain but he would look at alternatives, the presentence report recommends a community service order.
You can only hope the judge is in a good mood and gives you another chance we can say nothing it is 100% down to the Judge. My own personal opinion is that you will go to prison but I may be wrong.
If you do go inside make the most of the opportunity to advance your education , there are adult literacy and numeracy courses available to help improve your chances of employment when you get out. Try to get on one if you do go inside. I have been a literacy teacher inside prisons myself so I know what I am talking about.

ok thanks, yeah i have 9 prevois things but just silly things wen i was 16 like smashing a window playing football ect ect, but yeah i hope he does suspend the sentance thanks for the replys

hope the judge suspends your sentence luciano for your sake, but mayber he should send you to jail!.........you haven't learned!.........you have so many previous convictions!...........maybe you deserve to go to prison!....

thankyou for all your replys i recon judging the responces its about 70percent prison 30 percent not.

ok thanks yeah ive got a pritty strong refrances and stuff and where it was my girlfriend that was adicted to drugs and i dont even do drugs i just got involved i think helps, this all started cuz of her, but yeah thanks again
