Dust Nuisance
7 Answers
Hello Guys n Gals any advice on this would be appreciated however I am after a 'LEGAL' position on this rather than a 'lets sort it out like adults approach' as quite simply they do not listen. I live next door to a Nature Reserve and directly opposite the house was a lovely green field which is approx 2 acres. As the Nature reserve has got busier they stated to use this field for overflow parking and eventually they used post and ropes to mark it off so they could get more cars on, then as the grass wore away they put gravel down on the more heavily worn areas and therin lies the problem. Clouds of dust blow off this gravel directly onto my property not only covering the house in dust but also making it impossible to sit in the garden. From a legal point is there anything I can do regards nuisance. I would like general advice so as I can look it up further and maybe go to a solicitor in the knowledge that my complaint would have some legal basis. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Realistically what could they do apart from concreting or tarmacing it over ?
Not very 'Green' but very expensive.
