Littlewoods catalogue
I have been a customer of Littlewoods catalogue for many years and for the very first time recently an order did not arrive. The order consisted of a number of garments totalling £90. I have telephoned them a number of times, first they told me to wait a week or two to see if it arrived. The next time they said they would get a manager to ring me and tell me what had happened - but no-one rang back. Now my statement has come with £90 of garments added to it, and I need to pay the first instalment of £20 by 4 May. If I don't pay, interest will be added.
Surely they can't treat me like this. I haven't received the order - can they really expect me to pay for it. I just don't know what to do.

Layla from Littlewoods is obviously keeping an eye on things - I'd email her on the address she suggests (twice). Meanwhile, don't pay ANYTHING - it's found to be their fault they will have to refund the late payment charges. Stop phoning them, do everything in writing (by email or RD letter) then you have an audit trail of your correspondence with them.
Same situation here.
on 1 June 2012, I bought a car radio for £79 and a mobile phone for £500 from littlewoods to pay in 20 week. They never arrived although I paid extra £4.95 for them to be delivered the next day. It has been 1 month 10 days and have been calling them every day, they kept saying, they were investigating it and shockingly, I was told today that the currieer informed them today that "the parcels were actually delivered". Unbelievable. They now told me to send them my signature on an official paper...
Anyone knows what my rights are?
