Think thats what they are called. Who actually issues them and how do prove that you have NOT been served/given one??

I think you have to go to court.
you can't prove a negative
Do the courts or police not keep records?
They will, if one has actually been issued.
How can you prove you haven't robbed a bank ?

It's not up to you to prove you haven't, it's up to the other party to prove you have.

its not about me btw lol.
Hubbies ex has told her solicitor that he was served with one several years ago, re her getting loads of prank emails. He wasnt, but her solicitor has taken this as gospel without even attempting to see if it is true
I'll find out later for you. I know someone who has been to court for harassment.

Thats would be great ummm. This solicitor even announced it to a judge in a family court. Totally untrue
Right, he said that the harassment order would have come from the police. If the harassment continues then he would have been arrested and charged. He also said that the police would have a record of it (not sure how long it's kept for!?) and the information would be made available on request.

So basically he needs to get her solicitor to give the details of this apparent harassment order.
