Hi, can anyone please help. I was recently charged with drink driving, when I was charged I gave the address at which I'd been staying at for a little while. However I'm still registered at living with my partner at another address, all corraspondence still goes there. I need to get a crb check done for work, so I'll be using my correspondence address, will my offence show up on the crb with it being a different address than the one I gave when charged.
Many thanks

You say charged with driving whilst impaired. Have you been convicted or are you still awaiting sentence?
If it is the latter it may be wise to inform your employer before sentencing, as a measure of your good faith and transparency.
The CRB check records all criminal records for you no matter where you were living at the time of the offence , it does not even mention your address just your name and date of birth. I know this as I have 2 enhanced CRBs for 2 diffrent jobs. (mine is clear by the way)
