Reporting an assault
Is there a time limit on when you can report someone for assault?
Also, do you have to go to a police station where it occured or can i do it at my local police station?

It however turns out that while i was getting kicked in the head by 3 bouncers my brother had seen what was going on and tried to come to my aid in the process injuring one of the bouncers, who has now decided to press charges and the lost CCTV footage has resurfaced so that he can use it for evidence!

Aha danchip ... Now I understand! I think therefore that u could quite easily press charges. Good luck." Some" (not all!!) bouncers are thugs. We have a friend who was a bouncer and he said the best bouncers are the ones who are quiet, unobtrusive and who spot trouble Before it starts . However not all think that way.
