Agency & Causual workers rights to paid annual leave
Hi what entitlement do agency workers and causal workers have to paid annual leave? By this I mean is there a statutory amount that they must receive as paid leave, or is there a difference between a) An agency worker and b) A casual worker . . . .thank you

The agency keep this until I want to take it. I am classed as a 'temporary worker' by the agency , they also have full time workers who work for the agency but at the same place all the time. I work any where that the agency sends me.
To make it clearer I earn £6.20 an hour while I an working but there is an additional 62p an hour that the agency keep as holiday pay, I can take the holiday pay when I want it. (normally ask for it to be paid just before christmas)
