It will not help f30 to provide information at this stage, this a first year law question or may even be an A level Law question which needs to be researched to provide the required information, there will be far more difficult questions later and research is critical to provide understanding and knowledge.

Hi tony- I doubted very much that mariah would be prepared to put her essay plan on here. But if she did take up my offer by doing the necessary planning we would have people on here who could help her to the next stage. Unfortunately most of the posts of this nature just want us to all the spadework for them and tell them the answer as they have a deadline looming and haven't started work. I agree that in those cases it's better to be' cruel to be kind'.
