will he still inherit his parent's house and estate? i've always wondered in cases such as this and would be interested to know what the outcome would be. and what about the grandson? what would happen to him if there are no other relatives to care for him? poor lad....mtia x

If he is convicted , this man cannot inherit. It's principle of law that nobody shall benefit from their own crime or tort, still less bring an action to claim that benefit, for he would not come with what equity calls "clean hands"; it is against public policy that a man who murders his parents shall inherit the estate when he does so for that very purpose (or at all)
