Crown Court Trial Update
I'd like to thank everyone on here who has given me support and advice over the last 9 months regarding my crown court trial. It finally took place over 2 days (yesterday and wednesday). Unfortunetly the jury found me guilty.

Dont think it was all that fair. The knife which I had used to hurt myself (and had my blood on it...which could have been used to show that i was self harming) had been destroyed. Didnt think they could destroy evidence. The judge told the jury that these things happen from time to time. Strange how evidence disapears.

EDDIE, I really thought thatI would get a not guilty as well (not least because im not guilty) but its only strengthened in my mind that the UK law system is a farce. Missing evidence, lost witness statments etc and the judge told the jury to disregard these things as "it happens from time to time"
What a joke. The only consolation that I got from the case is that the judge, at one time, gave one of the police officers a right b*****ing for asuming things that didnt happen and stating his opinion on matters that werent his to state on. Quiet comical actually, to see a policeman go red in the face in court.
A very different person to the one who (legally) threatened to shoot 50,000 volts of electricity through me and who continually pushed me around and called me every name under the sun while in custody.
Anyway, will have to see what happens now but thanks for everyones support over the last 9 months, Its been a big help to me.
