Can L Get Legal Aid For This Problem?
Could someone help me!
I have placed a complaint about my local council with The Local Government Ombudsman. However, today received a letter from my council saying they have received a number of reports about the way l have conducted my tenancy recently and made appointment for me to attend. I have done nothing wrong and want to know does legal aid cover this area.

I think it is a little early to go 'lawyered up'
Write them a letter saying you will attend and ask what the agenda for discussion is, and how long the meeting they think will be.
Go at the appointed time and take writing materials with you and keep notes even if they have a secretary.
Answer clearly, say if you don't know after all they havent given you much time to prepare answers, and at the end thank the for taking time to listen to your side of things
Do not accuse them of being part of a conspiracy.....
and good luck
Take time off to read the various Dwesktop threads
and say to yourself: I am not gonna be like that.

I would strongly advise against making a complaint against your landlord – they might get upset and kick you out.
I own my home (subject to a mortgage) and so when I complain to my local council, there is f*ck all they can do about it.
Having complained to my local council about their corrupt and dishonest staff I was dealing with – no investigation of my complaint was conducted by the council. When I complained to the LGO of this – they found that my local council had done nothing wrong.
I regularly remind my local council that they are a corrupt and dishonest organisation; I suspect that I am just one of many. You might even live within the same borough as me.
My other advice is to take along one of those usb pen recorders and secretly record the meeting. If the local council discover that you have made such a recording – this will upset them (see first sentence). And if you later produce (or elude to) such a recording to prove that your local council are lying, this will upset them even more.

why are you telling them you won't be able to attend? you're just making yourself look like you're being awkward, instead of trying to cooperate to resolve whatever issue it is you have with the council who have apparently provided you with housing for 19 years! i'm not really sure what you would want legal aid for? this isn't something with which a Solicitor is needed.
you ask what it the problem that l have with council. Put of garden area which was confirmed in writing in 1995 belonged to the area included with flat has been past to flat above myself they have said that they are at error, but awaiting lgo to confirm what is to happen. l have done nothing different to any other time which would say they have concerns therefore l think because it has been past to lgo they have made up something. why l ask about legal aid l think this is victimization
