hi my partner could be charged for section 18 gbh coz of my daughter were both on bail at minute just wondering if my dad speaks up and finally tells the police that he did it would me and my partner still get charged or would we be in clear i no my dad did it but my partner didnt as i seen my dad hurt her a few times the day my daughter was took off me i was actually going to go and take her walk in or even hospital but was too late as social worker came and didnt believe me i would do anything for my daughter i dote on her and everything please no judging but please help where can i just want to no if anything i can do to resolve all this my mum is going to police station tomorrow to tell them what she knows and if it helps it would be fab thank you for reading

I just need to say that S18 is VERY serious, it is a certain jail term.
We probably can help with information but we need to know exactly what happened.
