(CCJs can be removed from the Register if the debt is paid in full within one month of the order being made, otherwise they remain on the Register for 6 years).

If you are asking about an unsightly facial blemish then the answer is yes but you are better off going to a doctor.
If you are asking about a CCJ
then if it was undefended because you didnt know diddly squat then you can get the judgement set aside and re-argue things - but that is not really removed, that is more set the clock back
if it is a CCJ judgement of money against you - I think the answer is yes if you pay within a month
