I dont think there is a govt site = free
There are sites but it looks as though you have to pay
you might try googling the full name and seeing what comes up -
[ which incredibly is what my solicitor did for his own non-paying tenant ]
Oh, the credit card companies have access to these sites but I am certain that moolah changes hands

Do you mean cases or Judgments?
Each Court has its individual lists, not publicised ones though.
If you mean Judgments, CCJs are registered here:

You can search it but there isn't just one big list you can look at.
