jaycee i am not barmaid, but have seen enough of her responses to know in part what she would say - facts change cases,and facts are cases specific. It's difficult for anyone to give advice even on seemingly simple will matters without all of the facts, let alone complicated matters. You need to engage a prefereably STEP registered legal counsel
