When I used to commute around the M25 I often would see HGV's on the opposite carriageway which would appear to have blue fairy lights in the cab, generally around Christmas time. I think these were usually positioned behind the driver so that they would not be distracted by them while driving. Still dangerous IMHO!
Stick with a Tree, much better....
