Help please, I'm really confused.

I have registered a Domain name, which happens to have the same name, also same kind of business, etc. The only difference is: .COM, .NET. .US.

Note: Different location (mine is California, theirs is Florida)

Will I be facing any problems in the future?

You previously stated that you are in the Philippines now you say that you are in California. Where are you based?

If you are not in the UK (where this site is based) there is no guarantee that any answer that you are given here will be legal/valid in your country.
