please help. my sister lives in a flat and strongly suspects a neighbour of supplying drugs.
have checked out the signs and they are all there. someone comes to the house and very loudly makes deals over the phone from these premises. it is making her life a misery as there are noise problems too. she fears reprisals if she does anything as she is the only person living in close proximity to this person. we do not know what to do.
