My ex has now moved out of my house. He bought a lot of furniture in lieu of paying anything towards the mortgage, bill etc. can anyone help with my rights on this please?

My understanding is that if he paid for the furniture, he can take it away..... Is the house still in your sole name?
You do need legal advice, go and see the CAB and see what they can advise.
When we split we paid a solicitor to draw up a separation order, which made it clear who owned what, who'd paid for what, etc. That solved any arguments in the future about people coming back for more money at a later date.

Is the property owned in your sole name? If not, was there any agreement with your ex about the percentage which each of you would own?
