Guilty or not guilty, so far? Personally I think he is nailed on guilty, from what i've seen and heard, quite a lot, i go with the prosecutions version of events on that terrible night, they had an argument, she wanted to leave, locked herself in the bathroom, he lost his temper, red mist came down and he shot her, i just cannot believe that she didn't say anything or make any sort of sound in his version of the story, it doesn't make sense.

Guilty of manslaughter but not murder............too much of " he says" .." They say"...... his word against witnesses.

Sounds like a nasty piece of work, I suspect as Sqad says, guilty of Manslaughter,
guilty of murder, but i still think he will get off
As you say saintpeter, it certainly looks like he is guilty.
Do you believe he is not guilty of murder, sqad? Or do you believe he will be found not guilty of murder?

The two are different answers. He is very, very guilty imo.
royfromaus...........I don,t know whether he is guilty of murder or not.............I just believe that he will be found guilty of manslaughter.
I believe that he will be found not guilty, even though I think he is
I think he's as guilty as sin but like most people on here I think he'll get off - life's not fair is it!
Guilty.
Yes guilty of murder.
But he won't be found guilty.
Guilty
There is no doubt that he killed her but was it 'premeditated' as charged?
I think there is a good chance he will be found guilty.
Guilty, I'm sure he's making half of it up as he goes along... there is a strong likelyhood however that they will be lenient with him though he deserves the strongest possible sentence
We haven't heard the defence case, you really should hear both sides before making a judgement that's the point of a court case. Saying that his version of events sounds improbable and I don't think he said anything himself to help his case. From what I have seen and heard about him over the years it's going to take some spectacularly convincing defence witnesses to convince me he didn't kill her on purpose in a fit of rage.
It is amazing the tiny things that Pistorius can recall about that night ...but

he conveniently cannot remember the phone call he made to the guard an the subsequent call back from the guard. Amazing!
Isn't it true he couldn't remember the pin to his phone? I've only caught up with it on the news.
Yes ummmm, apparently so. Some might say conveniently!
I don't think he's all the ticket. Weirdo.

We haven't heard the defence case,

We have heard lots from the defense case. From what I have watched, Barry Roux seems to be relying on the thesaurus method. If a prosecution witness said in their original statement that

" I heard a woman scream" Then in court said "I heard a woman shriek"

He thinks that discredits their evidence.
