Parking Charge Notice
Just received a parking charge notice from Paid Parking Company I have googled and looked on here but there seems to be loads of conflicting advice. Do I have to pay it (I don't dispute the fact that himself parked at Aldi for too long). Thank you.

Wow - they threatened to sue. Doubt they would succeed.
sherrardk - for your own reference you can check whether they are in fact a registered parking company and members of the British Parking Association

Sherrardk, I recently managed to get such a penalty written-off for a couple parked half an hour over the 4hr time limit. I spoke to the store manager who said if we could prove they shopped there then they would instruct the parking company to withdraw proceedings . Receipts / card purchase statements etc were produced and later informed no further action.
Worth a go.
I do understand that these car parks get abused but the fines are outrageous
