Let's say I visited a naturopathic doctor and he advised me to get herbal injections to boost my vitality and give me energy. If the injections does not boost my vitality or increase my energy level then what actions can I take under the sale of goods act? Can I sue or demand a refund?

" buyers of this product rave about how their joints feel so much better". It all sounds good, but there is no claim whatsoever that you could rely on in court. Go into a health food store and read a few labels. There will not be a single claim of efficacy among the lot of them.
You can only consider taking action against the "doctor" if you were promised in writing that you would certainly benefit from some treatment and you didn't.
