My best offer bid on a car on ebay was accepted and the seller sent me a link to his paypal a/c. I paid a deposit but when i saw the car i wasnt happy and refused to pay the balance. Now i want to go ahead and buy it but he's refusing to sell it to me, won't refund my deposit and has relisted it. Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Get in touch with eBay and/or paypal.

^^ Yes PayPal / ebay has a money back guarantee, get in touch with them and they will refund you and take the money out of the sellers account.
Exactly how did you PayPal the money though? if you used the 'send money' facility and not the 'Buy' facility then you will not be covered by the guarantee.

what's this person's feedback history like - has he done this before, or has he got a good score from other buyers? All you can do it contact eBay in the first instance.
