@kvalidir.
So you use their time, cost them money (paying employees and rent)) then spend elsewhere.
Won't be long before there are no retail shops left.
I've started a separate thread.

///So you use their time, cost them money (paying employees and rent)) then spend elsewhere.///

Time, they're there anyway
Wages and Rent, they'll be paying that regardless of who is in the shop, or not, what's the problem?
The only thing on this thread I find vile is Sunny Dave's unwarranted attack on Kvlad. Eat some muesli and calm down.
I doubt anyone's interested, now, but I said I've never bought anything on-line. Lie. I forgot music which I have, do and will buy on-line. Its about selection and convenience, I must admit.
there's only 1 advert comes up on ABmobile. And the advert on this thread is for,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Clarks, lol.
what rights do you expect to give you £30 worth of shoe for free just because of a mistake in measuring?
you are entitled to what you paid, nothing more

it sounds like you went in there all guns blazing, mouthing off expecting to have a pair of shoes at probably double what you paid, for some imaginary slight.
you are entitled to buy what is available on the shelves and not entitled to be compensated just becaise they dont have what you want

how do people honestly develop such self righteous, oblivious and twisted sense of logic and fairness?
these sorts of questions really do baffle me
