Warranty Once Item Has Been Exchanged
We bought a Kettle it failed 10 months into the 2 year warranty ,the item was replaced by the store,What happens to the warranty if the kettle fails again ?

Yes i believe the warranty is for 2 years from the original purchase irrespective of how many replacements you may have.

Warranties aren't part of your statutory rights. They're a 'gift' from the manufacturer (or, very occasionally, from the retailer). As such, the manufacturer or retailer is free to determine the conditions that apply to the warranty. However, unless the manufacturer/retailer decides otherwise, the two-year period (from the date of purchase of the original kettle) remains in place, effectively giving you 14 months warranty on the new kettle.
