trouble before? Married with children and in full time work? For burglary and arson ( althought only a small mark on the arm of a sofa). Plus give themselves up by going back to say sorry within an hour.? other person involved not known and never found.?

I have been speaking with my freind again today.....now it seems the court hadnt issued papers ? for the arson so the soliciter has been back into court and now they have been told these papers will be issued by next friday..so it will be included in the trail? Now non of that makes any sense to me?
