The deputy for the court of protection. his brother and sister as well as himself are all exectutive of their mum's will. what do they need to do now.? Do they need to phone the place where her will is first? or contact a solicitor.? also when can the house go up for sale? thankyou.

Once the grant of representation (probate) has been obtained the executors will be free to sell the house (unless, of course, the will actually prevents such an action, e.g. by giving the house to someone).
