I Dont suppose by any slim chance anyone has a working contract for a self employed beautician I can tweak to suit my business?

my business is just myself and new beautician, although she is great I have a hunch she might be poaching a few customers. So would like some sort of contract to cover me or even to make her think twice if she is.
