where can I get these forms please, I don't want to fill them in on line and can't really afford a solicitor.

I think the online service is very good, especially if you need to fill in two forms (one for each type of POA) since it copies information across

As I said, I don't want to fill them in on line, and I don't have a printer anyway, thanks anyway.

The gov.uk site says:

Need help? Ring us on 0300 456 0300. Alternatively, email us at [email protected]

The only options I can see are
(a) printing the forms off and filling them in , or
(b) entering the information online- but even then i think you need to print off and get signatures on some forms.
So if you want to do it yourself but don't want to print or do online I'm not sure what the process is. I would email and ask if they can post you the forms- but I know bodies like this and HMRC are moving away from paper forms
