Statement Dates Incorrect
15 Answers
I have court case on 22nd and self representing.
Thing is the timeline of events are as follows
5th Feb 2015 statement made
12th April 2015 incident occurs
12th may 2015 999 call made requesting help
What would I use to dismiss this statement in court as it's not actually correct.

this is procedural and evidential in a criminal court
and I am not sure if anyone has experience in it
there are a few ex policemen on this thread but I am not sure they want to tell you how to rubbish the police/prosecution case
you want your argument to run
someone has sworn this is the way it occurred
it is obvious that it could not have occurred in this time line
this raises doubt about the validity of the statement
therefore you should dismiss the case
and I dont know how you do this - see CAB
I am not sure you should wheel out "force in lone force in all" as none of knows what that means
if this were a road traffic case then it would be dismissed
( as I have seen it done )
sorry I cant be of more help
