Hi there can someone give me some advice on this please?
My wife she as bankrupt for a year she was discharged in 14 of October 2015
But now in April che received a letter from Halifax offering her £1626.20
Halifax state on the letter that because they had the Insolvency practitioner
on hers financial affairs they have have made the payment to them.My
question is ?
Can they do this ? My wife is not on bankrupt anymore and the official does't
manage any financial affairs anymore.
Any advice will be great thanks
