Went To An Illegal Site Without Meaning To, Super Scared, Please Respond

I was bored and went to this forum, on there there was a thread where someone said you should go to a site and search for something. I was curious so I checked it out. It turned out to be illegal and it told me something about my ip being logged and sent somewhere. I'm really stressing out and I'm super scared. I don't know what to do. I know doing something like this on the internet is a really stupid thing to do, but I'm not the brightest fellow. Please answer, I'm sweating and shaking.

Based on what you have told us it sounds like a practical joke to me. No legitimate site sits there waiting for folk to stumble on it so that they can take visitors details and worry them. Unless there are important details you've left out, then forget it.

as OG sad..just forget it ..unless you have downloaded some gross stuff with kids....have heard there is a scam going round where a message pops up asking for $100 to unlock your computer after accessing such a site...a pop up keeps appearing..if so do a malware scan ...might be worth doing one now..

Don't fret. I've had this, it means nothing. Your IP address is easily logged by most sites if wanted. No big deal. Could be an attempt to scare you, it worked.
Ignore, nothing to worry about. You've been flamed, that's all. Chill.
