I forgot to put the date on a small claim I am initiating.

Does anyone know how I put it on please?

Thank you Chris. Phoned them this morning and while talking to them looked it up and the date had been put in by them.

Do the court people send the legal stuff to the people I am claiming from?

I don't know how it works but I have to send what I assume is my evidence within 14 days. Is that just to the people or the court as we'll.

Cricket I've just had a look and there isn't a court address on the form. Should I have put one on it? Or do they automatically add that to the one they send to the ones I'm claiming from?
