Verbal Bullying
She suddenly bangs on her window and screams at me but because she has a Birmingham accent I struggle to hear as sheyells. She then came out of her house and stalked towards me yelling not to touch her car, she`s a bit perculiar over her car! I was strimming my grass and nowhere near her car. She then said she hoped I`d die and soon! Then a lot more about me being lealous of her, believe me, there`s nothing to be jealous of. She doesn`t seem to need a reason, she does this every few months and she`s scary. Is it possible to get a solicitors letter warning her. Please help

1. Keep a diary of all such incidents (possibly backed up by CCTV footage if you're prepared to install cameras) ;
2. Refer the matter to the police:
https:/ /www.go v.uk/ho w-to-re solve-n eighbou r-dispu tes/cal l-the-p olice
3. If the problems persist, put pressure on the police (or your local council) to seek a restraining order against your neighbour. (We've got a guy here in Suffolk who knows all about restraining orders! http:// www.ead t.co.uk /news/s uffolk- nightma re-neig hbour-f rom-hel l-breac hes-res trainin g-order -again- 1-50017 80 )
(You can seek a restraining order yourself but a court is more likely to look favourably upon an application from the police, or a council, as the court will assume that the police/council have already established that the problem is serious enough to merit such a course of action).
