What Do I Do?

OK so I live in Tennessee I was born here and adopted at 18 months old and my name was changed I lost my birth certificate, ss card, and I.d. that I had in Georgia I've never had an I.d. in Tennessee and I have no other forms of identification if so could someone please help me figure out what to do I've been stuck like this for about 5 years and run into a wall with everything I try any help is appreciated
