I've gotta go court as I have been accused of assault by beating with no visbale injuries would I go to prision for this

In short, the magistrates CAN'T send you to prison unless BOTH 'culpability' AND 'harm' are seen as falling into the 'higher' category. Read my link on the other thread.

Dependant on your previous convictions however it's a low level offence and unlikely to end in a custodial.
