After you’ve been for your interview, what happens next? Other half got a text to say we’ve received your claim and you’ll hear from us within a week or they’d be in touch if any queries. The interview was held on 2 March but since that text, there’s been nothing.

How soon are you meant to hear anything? I know the text will have been an automated one.

Been trying to phone them but in a never ending queue each time!
