I bought online a used mobile phone off a company that deals with refurbished and mobile repairs . It took a bit of time to arrive. To cut a long story down I returned it with a diagnostic report from my local Apple Store. Requesting a replacement not a fix. The microphones had a fault. I was told by Apple it wasn’t possible to fix this fault. The mobile was returned with Apples report.. I had a email off the mobile company saying that It would be returned in 3-5 days. This passed. I emailed them that I had not received the phone and had a reply it was 3-5 days not including weekends. Another 3 days past no phone. Another email to them. Their response , it was with their technicians for repair. I emailed an answer, drawing their attention to Apples report the item wasn’t repairable., and requesting a replacement the same condition a different colour not a problem. It’s now July 5 they’ve had the phone since June 19th post office tracking. I paid with credit card. Thanks for any advice.
