Harassment And Criminal Damage

Hi ...Our neighbours have been abusing us and harassing us for over three years now! The police have finally charged them with Harassment ..and as they threatened to firebomb our home ,and also slice our throats with a knife when we least expect it ,criminal damage too .....We actually managed to catch these threats on video .it has been a nightmare living here with the daily threats ..Our housing association have not been of any help despite literally hundreds of videos been sent to them ,police cad numbers on a daily basis ....they have done nothing ! They have all pleaded not guilty ..( 3 of them have been charged with these offences) ...does anyone have an opinion of what is likely to happen here ? We have so much evidence we are amazed they are pleading not guilty! Thank you in advance .

Thank you very much for that ....i have scoured the net and have not come across this before .In all honesty ,and with an enormous amount of evidence with witnesses,do you think we stand a chance ? We are finally moving also and they face eviction ? Thank you .
