3Rd Breach Of Non Molestation Order
0 Answers
My ex partner is currently in prison for violently assaulting me. He wrote to me whilst on judges remand whilst awaiting sentencing breaching the non molestation order I had against him.
This was the third breach, but first time on this new court order as I previously had one that expired in April 18. In February 18 he was electronically tagged for a month for the 2nd breach.
It’s obviously been reported and he has been interviewed in prison and the cps are now charging for the breach. I have written a victim impact statement, I’m absolutely petrified of this man and I also can’t believe the prison service would allow a letter to be sent to the victim as I honestly thought all letters would be read before being sent.
What would his likely sentence be ? Will it be another community one once he’s released?
Many thanks
